GlassHousbyv Studio sells digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because these items cannot be returned, all sales are final.

If you experience an issue with your download (broken link, file not opening, duplicate purchase, etc.), please contact me within 7 days and I will gladly help resolve it.

No refunds are issued for:

• Change of mind
• Purchasing the wrong item
• Not reading the product description
• Inability to use the files due to incompatible software
